How do I get credits?
You can acquire credits for JSON2Video in two ways:
- Subscription Plan: Subscribe to a monthly plan that includes a set amount of credits, renewing each month.
- Prepaid Plan: Purchase a one-time prepaid plan to add a specific number of credits to your account.
Check the Pricing page for detailed information on available plans and their associated credit amounts.
How can I remove the watermark from my videos?
Only videos generated on the Free plan include a watermark. If you purchase any paid plan, the watermark is removed.
Learn more about the plans and features in the Plans page.
Do free plan videos have a watermark?
Yes, videos generated on the free plan will include a watermark. This is due to prevent abuse from users creating multiple accounts.
How many videos can I create?
The number of videos you can create depends on the length of your videos and whether you include AI-generated assets. Each free or paid plan includes a quota of credits that you consume every time you create a new video. Learn more about how credits are consumed in the Credit consumption page.
What happens if I run out of credits?
If you run out of credits, you will not be able to create videos or generate AI assets. Buy any paid plan to get more credits and continue creating videos.
How can I check how many credits I have left?
You can view your remaining credits in the Credits section of the Dashboard. This section provides a clear overview of your available quota.
Do prepaid plan credits expire?
No, prepaid credits do not expire. You can use them at any time without worrying about expiration dates.
Can I have prepaid and subscription plans at the same time?
Yes, you can have both a subscription plan and a prepaid plan active on your account simultaneously. This allows you to supplement your recurring subscription credits with a one-time credit purchase.
A common use case is when you run out of quota on your subscription and you buy a pre-paid plan to top up your account with more minutes until the new month starts.
Can I have more than one subscription plan at the same time?
Yes, it is possible to have multiple subscription plans active simultaneously. At the renewal of each subscription plan, you will receive the credits included in that plan.
Credit consumption
How many minutes are deducted if I render 30-second videos?
If you render a 30-second video, the API will deduct 30 seconds (1 credit per second) from your available quota. It's a direct and simple calculation.
This may change if you include in your video AI generated assets by JSON2Video API. Learn more about how credits are consumed in the Credit consumption page.
How many minutes are deducted if I render 4K videos?
4K videos (3840x2160 pixels) have four times the resolution of full HD videos (1920x1080). Due to the increased processing power required, rendering 4K videos consumes credits at a higher rate.
For 4K videos, the API will deduct 4x the video length from your quota. For example, a 30-second 4K video will deduct 120 seconds from your quota.
If I have a subscription plan and I top up my account, how are minutes deducted?
When both a subscription plan and a prepaid plan are active, the API will first deduct minutes from the subscription plan. If the subscription plan's quota is insufficient to cover the video length, the remaining minutes will be deducted from the prepaid plan.
